Tie-Dye Scarves!

I finished tie-dying 2 dozen more scarves today! I'm really happy with how they turned out ♥ Next week I'll be tie-dying a ton of leggings...

Halloween

I can't believe we're already half way through the month of October. That means Halloween is only a few weeks away! I finally decided on a costume for this year, but still need to shop for it. I want to be Minnie Mouse, which means I have to find the perfect red polk-dot dress (preferably vintage) and yellow shoes.


James and I recently started watching a collection of old disney shorts. Watching this one, inspired me to want to create a Minnie costume! And I think I'm going to make her hat with the flower instead of the typical bow.

Viva Las Vegas!

So this past weekend, James and I went away on a little vacation to Vegas! It was my first time ever to go to Las Vegas and we had a blast! Though we didn't do much gambling, we spent most of our time walking around through all the different themed hotels, people watching, and eating great food.

We stayed at the Excalibur Hotel.


We went to the Peter Max Gallery!



And ate at some great restaurants.



We chose to go to some celebrity-chef restaurants including B&B Ristorante (Mario Batali & Joe Bastianich), MESA Grill (Bobby Flay), and Border Grill (Susan Feniger).
