Art Journal

This past weekend I spent time working in my art journal. I use a vintage book called, Just Be Yourself by Mary Bard. I found it at a used bookstore years ago and have slowly been filling its pages with watercolors, collage, etc. I have many sketchbooks that I use. This journal is reserved for times when I need to slow down and really ruminate on what it means to be me. Here are some fairly recent pages...
