Wow! I can't believe this is post #100. It doesn't feel like I've been doing this for all that long. I wanted to post something really amazing for #100, but I have been super busy working on all my Camp Smartypants related projects. So instead, I thought I'd share with you some of the things I've been working on this weekend.
I just created this feather today. It will eventually live on one of my tie-dye bags. It was really fun digging through all my scrap fabric and putting it together.
I've also been designing some more business related things. Here are my Camp Smartypants business cards. The back still needs some tweeking, but overall I'm pretty happy with them. More to come on this subject. I'll soon have official letterhead, mailing labels, and stickers!
My assistant.
Lastly, as this is post #100, I'd like to thank everyone for your support and readership. Hope you all had a great weekend!

Friendship Bracelets Forever
So, I've begun making stock of my friendship bracelets in preparation of opening my Etsy Shop. I've now become a person who is always carrying bracelets and string with me everywhere I go. I spend most of my time making them while on the bus to and from work. Its a great way to pass the time! But I have to be careful now of where I bring them out to work on. Last week I was working on one at the Cha Cha, while having drinks with friends, and ended up giving it to my dear friend, Natasha! I'm more than happy to spread the friendship bracelet love, especially to my closest friends, but it doesn't exactly help me with my stock!

Craft Club!
So last night I hosted my first Craft Club in over a year! Back when I was only working part time, I hosted weekly Craft Club parties, where we would drink wine, eat food, and make a craft. We made cassette-tape-cover journals, made wrapping paper with potato stamps, cut snowflakes, did paint-by-number.... Last night we made lemon meringue cupcakes (well, Emily did most of the work) and feather crowns, a craft inspired by this post.
Chelcie and Simba had a very tender moment that night.

Time for Tie-Dye!
So on Tuesday, I worked another batch of tie-dye. This time I dyed enough to make 6 new bags. I bought some new, darker colors to play with. This is how they turned out...
What do you think? I'll be working on making all of these into bags over the next week or so. I'll post results as I go, so you'll have to stop by again!
Edit: If you haven't seen what my bags are going to look like when they're finished, take a look here and here.
