SF + TacocaT = Fun fun fun!

So, on Thursday night we met up with our friends TacocaT at the Stud in the SOMA district. That night was a blur of fun.

Chelcie made these awesome vulva & penis patches for all the bands to wear that night!

So this weekend, my friend Chelcie and I flew to San Francisco for a short vacation. We stayed with my friend, Andrew who lives on Haight & Ashbury. Here are some photos I took while we were there!

Today..

Today I took a walk up Queen Anne hill to go to Trader Joe's. It is such a sunny day, I brought my camera along and took a few pictures.

Bag #2

Yesterday I finished bag #2! For this one, I used a slightly lighter weight fabric. It was easier to work with - especially with the applique embellishments, but I think I like the weight of the first bag better (I used a heavier canvas). Let me know what you think! I am going to be ordering more dye colors soon. I've already received requests for some darker color bags. So- I think I will have a line of bags that are bright colors (blues, yellows, pinks, etc). And another line that has dark colors (browns, blacks, dark blues/greens, etc.)

Camp Smartypants Logos

So lately I've been working on a logo for Camp Smartypants. Here are a few that I've come up with so far. What do you think?

Tell me what you think?

So remember when I was working on the tie-dye project? Well, here (finally) is the finished product! Yay! I finished my first bag! I am so excited. And I think it turned out really cool. My plan is to make lots of different bags and sell them on Etsy. I'll use my hand-tie-dyed fabric and applique something unique on each one. I hope to launch my shop this spring, so stay tuned!
