Artist of the Day: Peter Max
One of my all time favorite artists is Peter Max. He is a German-born American artist best known for his iconic style in the 1960's. His artwork was a part of the psychedelic movement in graphic design. His illustrative style and use of color is fantastic!

peter max is my favorite artist tooo! i love his work so much. i have a mini collection. it makes me smile. i got to meet him in 2006 and that was a dream. he actually does a lot of artist signings and meetings around here. :)

Shut up! That's awesome that you got to meet him. I just recently bought the book, "The Art of Peter Max" and have been spending hours looking through it. I really want to get a Peter Max tattoo :)
