I sold my very first Purple Feathers Tie-Dye Double V-Neck T-shirt on Etsy today and it was also featured in today's Crafting in Color Wheel!

Random Crafty Goodness

Starting two new jobs this week has left me with less time and energy for the fun things I've started doing lately. For instance, I've had no time to put together a new craft tutorial for the blog. So for today, I have some random crafty images that I bookmarked last night while skimming through my Reader. I (hopefully) will have a new tutorial to share with you next week. Artist of the Day: My Zeotrope

I just love the work of artist Michelle Cavigliano. She lives in Brooklyn, NY and her Etsy shop is called My Zoetrope. She explains what the unique name means:

What does My Zoetrope mean?:
From the Greek words, zoe, "life" and trope, "turn". It may be taken to mean "wheel of life" or "living wheel." My Zoetrope is an ever-evolving wheel of my life and the silliness, craziness, prettiness, and absurdness of it.

Easter Fun

So yesterday I spent Easter with my family. We started off the day with orange vanilla french toast and mimosas. I had some fun setting the table with fun spring decorations. Sorry, no photos of any people. We were all in our pj's and bathrobes most of the day and weren't feeling very photogenic.


We spent the evening relaxing and watching movies. We watched the movie Australia, which was really good, but really long. For dinner we had honey baked ham and my mom made cream cheese mashed potatoes and spinach salad. Oh, and lets not forget the pineapple and ricotta cheese pie for dessert. Yum!
